“Joanna is very professional and responds to all correspondence in a timely manor. She recently made our Wedding cake with a cascade of assorted macaroons. It was crafted beautifully! Everything was delicious and her flavor profile was exquisite. (I am a carrot cake snob lol my grandmothers recipe is top notch) We did not have a chance to do a cake testing with her since we are not locals; however, we did sample her white cake and macaroons at the open house at Sundara. I fell in love with her macaroons! So we took a leap of faith on her carrot cake and we couldn't have been happier.“
